The Son of God,
born of a woman
Born a son, but
became a brother to all,
The begotten of
God, also the Son of man
Full of grace,
dispensed to both great and small
Without any formal
education, became the greatest physician
He defied the
philosophy of men and walked on water;
Performing other
miracles to the bewilderment of any logician
The world indeed
beheld the glory of the master potter
To the wise men,
he was King of the Jews
To the crowd, he
was a great prophet
To theorists, he
was a great philosopher
His admirers saw
him as a revolutionist
Skeptics even
admitted to his divinity
His accusers
called him friend of sinners
Even, evil spirits
said of him; "the holy One of God"
To many Bible
writers, he was the word of God in flesh
His followers
called him the good teacher
Some prophets spoke
of him as the Anointed One,
The Apostles called him the Son of
the living God
His church
declares him as the Savior Redeemer
God
the Father said of him; my beloved in whom I am pleased
And these, he said
of himself;
I am the Son of
Man
I am a King,
I am the Good
Shepherd
I am the way, the
Truth and the Life
I am the bread of
life
I am the gate
I am the first and
the last
I am the giver of
life
I am the
resurrection and the life
I am the light of
the world
I am the Messiah (Savior
of the world)
I am in the Father
and the Father in me
I am the Offspring
of David,
The bright morning
star
I am the beginning
and the end
I am Jesus Christ
The Judge of the
world
I am coming back
You
are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you
created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being (Rev. 4:11)
Salvation
belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb (Rev.7:10)
Now
have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the
authority of his Christ. (Rev. 12:10)
